Spring has sprung! Ready to get out there and grab some? For many people (like me), we naturally become more active as the weather warms up. I’m just not as excited about cycling, for instance, when I have to wear a survival suit!
This is a good time (when is it not?) to revisit your breathing. There are few other variables that can have so much impact on performance. Breathing is the common denominator and impacts us on every level: emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and of course, physically.
